Built by Operators. Focused on Execution.

I work with inventory-intense ecommerce and consumer businesses where decisions lock in capital months before results are visible, and small errors compound quietly.

Why This Work Exists

In inventory-intense businesses, execution does not fail loudly. It drifts. Forecast bias becomes structural. Buffers become permanent. Teams hit functional targets while cash tightens and inventory expands.

This is not a coordination problem. It is not a tooling problem. It is a system problem.

Outcomes deteriorate when incentives, constraints, and feedback loops are misaligned. When upside is rewarded but downside is absorbed elsewhere, execution quietly destroys capital.

My work focuses on making that operating logic explicit before it hard-codes risk into purchase orders, headcount, or fixed cost.

My Operating Stance

I am not a vendor and I am not a career consultant.

I work directly with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams as a judgment partner on decisions that shape capital exposure long before results appear. I do not optimize tactics in isolation. I design operating guardrails that force tradeoffs to be owned, downside to be bounded, and reality to surface early enough to matter.

Alignment is not a meeting. It is a property of the system.

When incentives, constraints, and feedback loops reinforce one another, execution stabilizes.

When they do not, no amount of effort produces predictable outcomes

When This Work Matters Most

This work is most relevant when:

  • Inventory decisions linger for months or quarters

  • Capital is committed long before demand is known

  • Teams are hitting their metrics but results feel off

  • Execution is improving but control is slipping

  • Growth feels busy, not durable

If the primary problem is basic hygiene or cadence, I am not the right fit. If the problem is silent risk accumulating inside execution, I am.

Background, Briefly

I am an operator by background, not a career advisor. For more than fifteen years, I have led operations, supply chain, and planning functions inside growing consumer and ecommerce businesses.

Most recently, I served as an executive inside a multi-brand ecommerce platform, overseeing inventory, supply chain, and operational planning across a large and diverse product portfolio. Earlier roles included leadership positions in retail and consumer businesses navigating growth, restructuring, and operational transformation.

I have lived with the consequences of decisions that compound over time. That experience is the foundation of this work.

How I Engage

Engagements are pragmatic, direct, and designed to create leverage quickly.

They often begin as advisory, become embedded where judgment is needed, and conclude once the operating system is coherent enough to sustain itself. The goal is not dependence. The goal is survivability and control.

If you are looking for someone to keep things organized or optimize around the edges, there are many good options. If you want help improving decision quality before capital is locked in, we should talk.
