My Story
​
I’m an operator by background, not a career consultant. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve led operations, supply chain, and planning functions inside growing consumer and e-commerce businesses—often in complex, fast-moving environments where execution matters more than slides.
​
Most recently, I served as an executive at a multi-brand e-commerce platform, overseeing inventory, supply chain, S&OP, and operational planning across a large and diverse product portfolio. Before that, I held leadership roles in retail and consumer businesses navigating growth, restructuring, and operational transformation.

I started Op Axiom to bring that same operator mindset to other teams. My work focuses on helping companies unlock cash, improve margins, and build systems that scale—without slowing the business down or overwhelming teams with process.
